Shipping Within Australia

Whole Box & Oversized Item Shipping

Due to the larger size and weight of some products, special shipping rates apply for whole box and oversized item orders:

Australia-Wide:
- Standard Shipping: AUD 20.00
- Express Shipping: AUD 40.00

International:
- Flat Rate: AUD 100.00

Note: Free shipping promotions do not apply when your cart includes whole box or oversized items, even if the total exceeds AUD 200. Final shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Processing Time

1. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
2. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment and address details are verified.
3. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive another email with your tracking information.

Note: Processing time refers to the preparation of your order (picking, packing, and dispatch), not the shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within Australia (After Dispatch):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Note: Deliveries to WA and TAS may take longer due to distance from Melbourne.

International Orders (After Dispatch):
- Estimated Delivery: 10–25 business days, depending on destination country
Important: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Q: If my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, will I receive the in-stock items first?
A: We only charge one shipping fee per order. This means that if your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait until all items are available before shipping your entire order together. If you'd like to receive the in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

Q: If my order includes both single box and whole box items from the Blind Box section, how is shipping calculated within Australia?
