This is an ultra-limited Japanese exclusive One Piece MetaKira promotional card issued for NatsuComi 2026 (Summer Comiket), Japan’s major annual summer manga & anime convention held at Tokyo Big Sight. 

The card features brand-new original summer artwork of Luffy carrying watermelons by Eiichiro Oda, paired with a printed reproduction of Oda’s signature. Critically, this is a pure promotional collectible with no gameplay functionality and cannot be used within Bandai’s official One Piece Card Game — it lacks stats, effects and game mechanics entirely.
